Lead time is 3 weeks and delivery is included. 

The Easel is NOT included.

I will design up the proof of the print and send it to you for your approval within 5-7 working days(check spam folder), you can make any edits at this point. Once you approve of the design, I will get it professionally printed and ready for dispatch.
